Project management methodology
Based on the PRINCE2 model, the interactive methodology we use
is geared toward outcomes. Each phase into which the project is
divided has its own deliverables, with every aspect of the project
closely monitored by tracking both 'Technical' and 'Management'
tasks.
The process begins with a detailed analysis of the client's current
situation and strategic, operational and financial objectives. Any
constraints and project-specific requirements are also discussed
at this stage.
